The experience of teaching and coaching for the ACE programme has been unlike that of previous general English classes I’ve taught. The goal of each session extends beyond just academic achievement – encouraging and rewarding effective collaboration, leadership and energy in participation. The theme (provided by the UNDP and selected each year by Dusemond) helps frame everything into a really rewarding competition
