Staff stories

Working as a Student Liaison Manager was an exciting new challenge after performing the roles of Activity Leader and Student Liaison Officer in previous years. It was stressful at times – monitoring dietary requirements is a huge responsibility and you never know when an A&E visit might happen! But the diversity of the role, and having involvement in every aspect of the centre, made it a hugely satisfying experience

As SLM, you will often be the person who hears any concerns first – it’s imperative feedback is passed over to the relevant team and actioned as quickly as possible.
