Job overview
This role involves supporting the Activity Manager in delivering an exciting programme of on-site activities – helping to organise spaces, coordinate logistics, and liaise with school staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
It calls for strong teamwork and adaptability – keeping the day flowing by anticipating needs, solving problems on the go, and working closely with your colleagues to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
You’ll be at the heart of the action – ready to jump in wherever needed, bringing energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to every moment. You’ll be someone our students can rely on, embodying our core values of Care, Honesty, Energy, Empathy, Respect, and Smiles (CHEERS!) in everything you do.
Staff stories
Working as a Onsite Activity Co-Ordinator allowed me to develop on the skills I’d used as an Activity Leader over the last two summers. I gained invaluable people management experience and a huge amount of satisfaction playing such an important part of making sure the activity programme was a success, with the students enjoying every minute! Of course there were challenges, but being part of such an amazing team made it so much easier.
