Ace Coach

Job overview
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation? Do you believe in giving students a platform to bring their English to the next level and become global citizens? As part of Dusemond’s unique ACE programme, you’ll create a rich, holistic learning experience that focuses more on CLIL ( Content and Language Integrated Learning) / Task -based learning rather than conventional EFL lessons. You will guide your team through a series of tasks that culminate in a significant final project judged by a panel of professionals.
At Dusemond, we’re committed to your professional growth. We offer regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions and promote an atmosphere of reflective practice and collaboration, where teachers share ideas and continually refine their craft. You’ll be part of an immersive, project-based learning environment built on our core values – Care, Honesty, Energy, Empathy, Respect, and Smiles (CHEERS!) – ensuring that both students and staff thrive in a positive, inspiring atmosphere. Join us in shaping confident communicators and global citizens through the power of language.
Staff stories
The experience of teaching and coaching for the ACE programme has been unlike that of previous general English classes I’ve taught. The goal of each session extends beyond just academic achievement – encouraging and rewarding effective collaboration, leadership and energy in participation. The theme (provided by the UNDP and selected each year by Dusemond) helps frame everything into a really rewarding competition
